DEHYDRATION
Process by which it is possible to eliminate virtually all the water from a food or herb through the use of hot air at controlled temperatures so that its organoleptic characteristics or its nutrient content are not altered.

CRUSHING AND GRINDING
Crushing and grinding, processes by which the raw material is reduced in size into small parts, which are later transformed into powder. We can perform both processes or only one depending on the needs of our clients.

Exclusive service offered by Peruvian Nature, where we use steam and vacuum to reduce the microbiological load in a natural way. We can treat products, such as leaves, barks, roots, grains, cereals, seeds, medicinal plants, condiments, spices, tubers and even vegetables in a natural way.
