Organic Mesquite powder

This wonderful thick and leafy tree grows in the deserts located in northern Peru. Its fruit has a rather sweet flavour. It has a bean shape with an approximate size of 20 to 30 centimeters. Due to its content of B vitamins, sugars, protein and fiber, it is considered an energizer and natural antioxidant.
